- Limitation: no person shall hold office for more than twelve (12) consecutive years.
- Reelection: no person shall run for reelection or be appointed to the Senate prior to
a minimum six-year (6) out-of-office interval

The House of Representatives
- Term Of Office: six (4) years
- Limitation: no person shall hold office for more than eight (8) consecutive years.
- Reelection: no person shall run for reelection or be appointed to the House of

- Elections: shall be held every two (2) years for fifty percent (50%) of incumbent
