Polz Quiz
Action ProAmerica

A pre-elections quiz requiring historical and relative knowledge of the electoral office the candidates are running for would easily "expose" and eliminate unprepared, uninformed, self-serving demagogues.

Experience Counts
No institution or corporation in the world would hire an individual as CEO who does not already possess a certain level of experience and competency in its field. Neither should the American People!

The presidency of the United States is far too important to be held by any individual who, in the words of Former Republican Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, is ". . . NOT STEEPED in the long-running protocols that establish the relationships between DOJ, FBI and White Houses . . ."  Hence:
Our Polz Quiz
An Idea Whose Time Has Come!
Action Americana
Our Polz Quiz aims to protect our Constitutional Democratic Republic by preventing the nomination of any unprepared, corrupt or unfit candidate in the future.
Granted, the difficulties a modern political candidate faces when first elected are numerous and so it's not surprising that a certain amount of "on-the-job-training" will be necessary.

However, regardless of any position previously held by any individual who wishes to become a candidate, before registering, said individual must be very knowledgeable of the history, traditions and protocols necessary to facilitate an effective execution of his or her duties.

Polz Quiz Certification
A Candidate Certification Panel shall be created to formulate relevant questions to be answered by potential national political candidates.
The ultimate function of the will be to grant a "Polz Quiz Certificate" to those candidates who achieve the required MINIMUM SCORE.
For the sake of simplicity and fairness, a "Jeopardy-style" Polz Quiz is suggested; questions presented on a screen must be answered correctly — in writing — by each potential candidate.
  1. The Panel shall consist of non-partisan, well-known and respected contitutional and political scholars.
  2. The shall be composed of three (3) Senators from each of the two (2) majority parties, for a total of six (6) members.

Each question shall be agreed to by at least five (5) members of the .

  4. The Polz Quiz would serve to certify any candidate not certified within the previous eight (8) years.
  5. One year before every election (2 years for presidential candidates), during the month of January, a Panel shall be convened for the purpose of conducting a public, Pre-Registration Candidate Quiz ("Polz Quiz").
  6. The public Polz Quiz shall, in fact, be held no later than the last day of January and the results made available to the public no later than forty-eight (48) hours after it has taken place.
  7. Unless subject to any serious criminal charge, participation of any individual in the Polz Quiz SHALL NOT be influenced by party affiliation.
